About us
We work for your family.
Local knowledge, used on your behalf.
-
The person comes first
We start with who your loved one is: their routines, their preferences, what makes a good day. The right place is where they will be comfortable and well cared for, not the one with the nicest lobby.
-
We do the research before you tour
Openings, pricing, care fees, license level and state inspection records. We gather all of it first, so you only spend time on places that could really work.
-
We explain the trade-offs
Every option has strengths and compromises. We tell you both, plainly. When we don’t know something, we say so and find out.
-
It is your decision
We give you our honest view, and you and your loved one choose. You are never obliged to pick a place we suggest, and each community makes its own admission decision.
How we are paid
Our service is free to families. When someone moves into a community we introduced, that community pays us a referral fee. It never changes the price your family pays.
Because communities pay us, you should know exactly how it works. We are paid only when a move-in happens. We don’t charge families, and we will never ask you for payment.
If you’re interested in a place we don’t have an agreement with, we’ll tell you. We’ll still help you look at it honestly.
What we don’t do
Knowing where our role ends makes it easier to trust what we tell you.
- We don’t provide care, and we don’t own or operate any community or care home.
- We aren’t medical, legal or financial advisers. When a question needs one, we’ll say so and help you find one.
- We don’t decide eligibility for ALTCS, VA benefits or insurance.
- We don’t decide who a community admits. Each one does its own assessment.
Let’s talk it through.
Tell us what’s going on and we’ll help you work out the next step. There’s no cost and no obligation, and you’ll talk with someone who knows Valley senior living well.
